POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS 2022

The pool will open on Saturday May 28,2022, and will close on Monday September 5th, 2022

SMOKING/ VAPING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA

POOL HOURS:

HOURS ARE 10 l0:00.m. to 7 p.m. EVERYDAY AND EVERYONE MUST BE OUTSIDE THE POOL BY 7 p.m. Pool maintenance must be done eacch morning and therefore no one will be admitteted in the gates until 10 a.m.

SWIM TIME FOR CHILDREN:

Children over the age of 3 will be permitted to swim from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Children will be allowed to swim 10 to 1 on weekends. There will be no swim time for children in the evenings, on weekends and holidays. Children must be OUTSIDE THE POOL GATE at 1 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. Children in diapers or swimming diapers will not be allowed in the pool.

• Children may NOT use floatation devices in deep water.
• There will be no ball playing in the pool.

LAP SWIMMING: Lap swimming will be allowed between the hours of: 4PM 9-4 5 PM Weekdays Only.

POOL PASSES: Are you ID Cards that you can get in the office 9-4 (call first)

ID CARDS must be shown at the gate and all guests under 19 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Additional guest passes may be purchased, good for one day at $5.00 per additional pass. GUEST MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A HOMEOWNER AND MUST REMAIN AT THE POOL WITH GUEST.

POOL RESTRICTIONS:

• Glass containers are NOT allowed in the pool area.
• Alcohol is NOT allowed in the pool area (The Board of Directors may allow the use of alcohol for special events ONLY IF PUT INTO PLASTIC BOTTLES, NO GLASS ALLOWED.
• Reserving of tables and chairs is NOT PERMITTED.
• For safety reasons, running around pool, diving, cannon balling or jumping in the pool is NOT PERMITTED.
• Hanging of towels or attire on the fence or umbrellas is NOT permitted.
• Only bathing attire is permitted in the pool. Clothing of any kind for any reasons are NOT permitted in the pool.
• Umbrellas are to be closed as soon as it becomes windy OR WHEN THE BADGE CHECKER ASKS THAT THEY BE CLOSED.
• Umbrellas should be closed when homeowners or guests vacate a table.
• Hair longer than shoulder length needs to be put up.
• No Ball playing.
• No Floats of any kind.
• The pool and surrounding area must be vacated immediately when the Badge Checker or Board deems it necessary.

These Rules and Regulations are in compliance with the State Law and have been established for the safety and comfort of homeowners and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFF ON DUTY AT THE POOL:

It is required that the Staff be given the complete cooperation of anyone in the pool area. Our staff, on duty, during pool hours of operation, is: Badge Checkers, or any Maintenance staff that may be on duty.

• BADGE CHECKERS: Their responsibility is to implement decisions of the Board of Directors. Should anyone have a question for a Badge Checker regarding these Rules and Regulations, they have been given a directive to immediately contact a Director of the Board, who will be available at the pool as soon as possible.

ANY INJURIES OR SAFTY VIOLATIONS must be reported immediately to the Badge Checkers/Management office.

SHAREHOLDERS (owners) are responsible for any damages, at the pool or surrounding area, incurred by them and their guests and/or their renters (if applicable).

RECREATION EQUIPMENT KEYS can be given out by the Badge Checker only after the shareholder has signed an agreement, they will be responsible for the return of the keys and for the condition of the equipment and court.
